Website Privacy Policy & Cookie Notice
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy explains how 2K Global, LLC handles information when you visit 2kglobal.co and its corporate or legal pages. Omeko Entertainment is a brand of 2K Global, LLC. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@2kglobal.co or write to 2K Global, LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE 4000, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This is the company’s legal mailing address; it is not represented as a staffed physical office.
This policy does not govern the Rogue Infinite game application, which has a separate Game Privacy Policy, or an independent third-party website reached through an external link.
2. Information processed when you visit
The website itself does not ask you to create an account or submit information through a form. When a browser requests a page, normal internet delivery and security systems may process:
- IP address and IP-derived general location;
- requested page, referring page and request time;
- browser, device, operating-system and language information;
- request headers, routing data and response status; and
- security, cache, abuse-prevention and diagnostic information, including network-error telemetry sent through Cloudflare’s NEL/Report-To mechanism.
The current source contains no analytics or advertising script, external font request, embedded social-media content, account system, marketing form or browser fingerprinting code.
3. Information you send by email
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, ordinary email metadata, attachments and any information you choose to include. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identification or unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Why information is processed
Information is processed as necessary to:
- deliver pages and maintain website availability;
- secure the website and prevent abuse, fraud or attacks;
- diagnose technical problems and maintain reliable operation;
- respond to messages, support questions and legal or privacy requests;
- comply with applicable law and valid legal process; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis may be our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, performance of a requested service, compliance with a legal duty, or consent where a future optional feature specifically asks for it.
5. Service providers and disclosure
The public site uses Cloudflare for network delivery, availability and security. Cloudflare may process end-user request data such as IP addresses, traffic-routing data, system configuration information and network-error telemetry. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Information may also be handled by hosting, domain, network and email providers; professional advisers; authorities where lawfully required; or a genuine purchaser or successor in a corporate transaction subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell website visitor information for money or use it for personalized advertising.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The current website code does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. It does not use analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may use a strictly necessary cookie or similar security mechanism if a security, bot-management or challenge feature requires it. Such a mechanism is used to deliver or protect the site, not for our advertising.
See Cloudflare’s Cookie documentation and Network Error Logging documentation. Because no non-essential cookie or storage is currently used, the site does not display a non-essential-cookie consent banner.
If we introduce non-essential storage or tracking, this notice will be updated and any legally required choice will be presented before that technology is used.
7. International processing
2K Global, LLC is a United States company. Cloudflare and other providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, processing and transfers are subject to applicable contractual, organizational or legal safeguards.
8. Retention
Network, security and diagnostic information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, security, troubleshooting and applicable legal requirements, subject to the relevant provider’s settings and obligations. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer the request, maintain an appropriate record, protect users, comply with law or resolve a dispute. A legal or security hold may require longer retention.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection; to withdraw consent; or to complain to a data-protection authority. Email hello@2kglobal.co and describe the request and your country. We may request only the information reasonably necessary to verify and fulfil it.
10. Children
This corporate website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. It has no account registration or submission form. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so the information can be reviewed and deleted or restricted where appropriate.
11. Security and external links
We use measures designed to protect website information, including HTTPS and network-security controls. No system is completely secure. External sites apply their own privacy practices; review them before providing information.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current effective date will appear above. For questions and requests, email hello@2kglobal.co or write to 2K Global, LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE 4000, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
